Climate change happens periodically every 21,000 years or so. This meaning we DO have ice ages periodically. Humans are just speeding up this natural process. If out descendants made it through the last ice age. We should be able to as well. But society is pretty messed up, so who knows.
well actually it isnt periodically 21000 thats just the last time an ice age started and ended 11000 years later,or if you mean that we go through a climactic change then yes we do but it doesnt necessarily mean an ice age. an ice age normally occurs every 100,000 years and global warming being the most recent phenomenom to start melting the ice caps which makes it very likely we will have one very soon. most likely the surviving humans will create an increased pressure on the surviving ecosystem and pretty much the surviving species able to adapr will be wiped out by us anyway.
