there are probably other life forms out there and they may even look similar to us but I doubt they call themselves human

there's evidence of water on Mars too so martians may have just died before we got here

Just because we need water doesnt mean other life forms do also.
They could need another resource

Not humans because humans live on earth, but other intelligent lifeforms, most likely.

Most likely even other intelligent life forms in this galaxy.

some animals, such as crocodiles, cockroaches, mosquitoes, etc, have been around for millions of years more than humans.
YET, we are obviously much more advanced then them.

being around longer =/= being more advanced or sophisticated.

Incorrect sir, different variations of these species have been around for millions of years, and this is the same with humans. Humans have just gone down a different path of natural selection, as everything does. Also, a million years is nothing. It is an incredibly small fraction of the entire existence of life.

Evolution occurs differently in different environments. The only other place that there would be humans like us specifically and exactly would be in an alternate reality.

Drake Equation ftw.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Drake_equation

There has to be life in this galaxy. We have probably gazed at a star, or even a planet where life is in that system.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gliese_581_d

There probably are intelligent life very similar to Humans somewhere, but it is impossible for other Humans to exist that did not originate from earth.

THis guy is right. Followed with the Fermi Paradox. Requisites for life would require a moon(s), h20, and the planet being perfect distance from the sun.
