Cartographic approach to discovering the shape of earth by actual observation

I must say I watched the entire video, and he's pretty good at drawing straight lines and mountains that are grossly out of proportion (thousands of miles apart and hundreds of miles high)

The fact he's on a mountain of X height, and can see over all the other mountains, even if those mountains have a height of around X, proves the exact opposite this video intends to prove

If the earth was flat, the very first mountain would act as a wall, blocking all vision from what is on the other side, try this experiment... slam your head onto your desk and look down to the other end, and place a book on it, open the book and read some facts, end of experiment

this is exactly why you can find a billion pro flat earth youtube videos and not a single one out in the real world proving it. it looks way better on paper than it does in reality.

The mountain would only be hidden if all three points were exactly in line - but they're not, they're all in the same field of view and the same elevation- but 34 miles apart and the should be 700+ feet of declination- but they are completely have the same peak height, so try again .

34 x 8 = 272 inches

272 inches = 6.9088 meters = 22.6667 foot

1 mile = 8 inches

2 miles squared = 4 x 8 inches = 32 inches

3 miles squared = 9 x 8 inch = 72 inches....

this formula has been used for hundreds of years as well.

you should probably go back to grade 3 or 4 and learn some math

but keep claiming you know for sure we live on a ball when you dont even understand the basic math for a ball

Also, should point out - that the drop - isnt in one specific direction "like over the horizon" - its actually in all 360 degrees - so everywhere you look. Your belief that you cant see curve because it over the horizon is absolutely false - you should see it at the sides of every horizon and especially if you see many 100s of miles of horizon.

Sorry for so many pauses - but you really have to say this stuff slow - or no one will get it.
