To travel back in time and find a universe with the exact laws and cosmetic features of ours is statistically improbable, think about it like this.

You - "Travels to a different universe"
The universe you enter is exactly the same as yours in every way.

The moment you enter the new universe you have created a timeline for your own existence inside that reality, you have had no past there so it is impossible to travel back as you don't exist.
