I haven't smoked in a little over a month, and I still find it very difficult sometimes.
I think the best thing to motivate yourself to quit is to exercise... but you already do that. Let me tell you personally that quitting smoking will make your exercising MUCH MUCH easier and more enjoyable.
You will just feel better in general.
Another thing that helped me was smoking lots of weed. It's a good replacement to curb the desire to inhale smoke. If you're into marijuana definitely try that.
Finally, as far as a more substantial approach, the use of psychedelic drugs such as psilocybin mushrooms, mescaline, or LSD could definitely give you a new perspective on your habit. Even MDMA or DXM could do similar things.
Good luck and I hope you are able to quit! It's truly worth it. I still crave cigarettes, and I have always enjoyed and would still enjoy to smoke, but it simply isn't worth the negative physical and especially mental effects it creates.
Jesus, with what you're taking instead of nicotine you might as well just keep smoking the good ol' cigs.
