A thought or the speed of light?
Discuss your answers. I would have to say a thought.

not everyone's thought..

[You have to tell this joke with a native accent]

There were 3 Indians (native americans) sitting in a room contemplating life, and the topic of the fastest thing known to man came up...

The 1st Indian said:

"You know, the fastest thing known to man is a thought... Before you can even think about it, its there."

The 2nd indian said:

"No no no, what are ya talkin' about anyhow? The fastest thing known to man is a lightswitch. as soon as ya flick it, its on."

But the 3rd Indian said:

"No, no, no, you're both wrong... The fastest thing known to man... is diahrrea... I mean last night in bed, before I could even think about turnin' on the lightswitch, there was shit everywhere!"

true true ...

the speed of light is faster than anything known in the universe. of course gravity ignores this and is apparently instant meaning if there is a messenger parcticle (gravitron), it is instantaneous or somehow ignores the rules of time we percieve... also, paired photons react to their couterpart instantly.

though isnt speed dependent on time? and something like gravity was already present upon 0 seconds? i dont really know how to explain it but its change in distance over change in time and wouldnt there not be a change in "distance" when regarding the speed of gravity?

light is faster than thought itself. however thought can affect matter faster than the speed of light.

Thoughts are much faster because I personally have been able to think up an entire plan worth probably 63 pages in a word document all out in a split instantaneous second before.

By plan I mean my next moves and what to do if this happens, everything worked out in an instant thought. Or you could call it instinct but I still 'thought' about it. The human mind is a very complex thing to understand indeed.
