A scientific theory is not a fact, they are different things. A scientific theory must be falsifiable, therefore it can never be fact. Perhaps you should look up what scientific theory means and then you will understand the difference between a theory and intelligent design(which is not scientific at all) Lastly, science does not try to prove anything, the theories are tried to be proven false, not the other way around.
