I'm pro-weed. But I am embarrassed by the 'pro-crowd'.

definitely. I think the biggest problem right now (at least in the US) is the majority of the people who deal/smoke it.

A lot are douches and ruining it for everyone else :p

it'll be legalized in time though

nope it really won't. it serves no purpose for it to be legalized even though other things like cigs/alcohol are.

small amounts are already decriminalized by state law in some states.
I find it possible to be legal.

at best it will just have less harsh punishments for certain amounts. it will never be grown/distributed like cigs. sure a few states might make it legal but it will never be nationally legalized.

I believe after so many states allow it to be used medically, it will be decriminalized not long after, country wide(by state law).
It cannot be legal federally until it is taken off the class 1 drug list as a narcotic.
The more people start to open up and lose the fear of working with this drug, more evidence may be provided to take it off that list one day.

doubtful. its still a harmful substance with a negative culture around it. you have to understand that if marijuana was legalized for recreational use it wouldn't be long til cocaine would have the same opportunity. sure weed isn't as bad but the principal is the same. both plant based so whats the difference is what theyll say. its a downhill road if weed ever gets legalized for recreational use.
