Nope not my turn. Please forget I ever posted here and continue on. I thought this Science and Technology forum might be interesting, and it was, just not the good kind of interesting. Not discussing theories or seeing others point of view on issues, but instead its a giant spam thread for kids who like to act tough. Most people here were probably bullied in highschool/ middleschool and are trying to get revenge here, which I can understand, but it makes this forum a waste of time for those trying to have constuctive discussions. Good luck all.
I just laughed at all of these extrapolations.... alright, i mean whatever you want to believe is fine -- and I won't say that I'm right for sure but based on logic I'm telling you what I think is most probable. The burden of
proof is on you since your opinions differ from the rest of ours, but anyways I'll post some stuff. [did some of my research, and apparently they are allowed to produce planes, i just assumed they weren't since America had initially taken many rights away from Japan that might let them bomb USA again]
They've done a lot in alternative energy sources, stuff like
Matsushita Electric Industrial Co. developed a dry battery cell operated plane (one or two seater)
Developed biomass fermentation to produce electricity from sea weeds
Toyota actually developed a new cherry shrub that absorbs many air pollutants
Cars over there obviuosly have very high MPG (highest in the world), and they are meeting and exceeding those minimum MPG reqs set by their gov't
They have recently made leaps in Waste to Energy technologies which involve less hazardous toxins and more efficiency
As part of its efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, Sony Corporation is actively promoting the use of solar, wind, geothermal and biomass power generation
I don't even think I need to give examples for this one, obviously Japan has made some of the greatest A.I. programs and robotic machines (which I would consider a major thing, as robots are used literally in every industry that produces something)
I believe Japan's space program called JAXA has made some head way by sending a few satellites into space, one being very big...hmm..propulsion technology has also been improved by them, and theres research going on about space debris and stuff.
Okay, your turn now?
