I think what card is trying to say is that if a women whieghs the same as a duck she's a witch.

exactly - and to finish that thought it's because witches are made of wood and wood will float because it's pushed up by water whereas a soul is heavy and will sink.

To answer the question posed in the video: the anomaly he is reporting is known as a "seeing disk", and is a well known effect of the Earth's atmosphere on point light sources. This is why telescopes are constructed on mountains (or even better, put into space).

I guess we shouldn't worry about them taking away our guns - we should be worried they are going to take away your telescopes.
It's funny how you "know" about the distortion the sky will supposedly cause but you can't recognize actual distortion when you look out at miles of evaporation over the sea - kinda odd?
