OR! Maybe, just maybe, both helium balloons and the kid in blue rise because something else that is heavier pushes them up? In the case of helium balloons it's air, and in the other case it's the kid in red.
Thats pretty stupid, bad trolling. Do Hot air balloon rise because there is a plank of wood beneath it pushing it up? Do you float in water because there's a stick holding you up?
