Sleep paralysis tends to first appear in the teen years. It then occurs most often when you are in your 20s and 30s.

Jimmy hasn't given us much info but what little we have seems totally consistent with sleep paralysis in my 100% non-expert opinion. Jimmy you should go tell a doctor what you told us.
