current med is horrible, im pretty sure im bipolar and they keep giving me adhd meds and depression/anxiety meds.

If you haven't been diagnosed with bipolar then you aren't being given bipolar meds. You should talk to your doctor. ADHD meds would probably make your mania/hypomania worse.
