Just because it's an extinct doesn't mean it's not objective... What the hell is your argument / point?

I'm waiting for your arguments on why you think Love is not objectively good... lmk Leave your ad hom's at the door...

it's an instinct*

sigh...
my response was to your question. you asked why there is an unconditional "love" between a parent and child and i explained it. no where in my recent response was there an attack on your argument based on your character. (that is what an ad hominem is. so please stop misusing it)
and rather than respond to my explanation, you are now asking me to answer a question i never responded to in the first place.

I believe our; childhood, parenting, schooling, religion (influenced upon us by parents, etc.), living conditions, experiences and so forth, all play a part in our future decision making process, along with out behavior.

Most ppl stick to all that and live by it.
Some however, are able to change, evolve so to speak, depending on new experiences and views of life itself.

But in conclusion, I honestly believe you own your own behavior and should be able to choose how you are.
Sadly some ppl are born with mental/physical problems, I'm not counting them into the mix. A lower IQ example, you've been born this way can't do much to change it.

how do you choose behaviour if your environment and genetics isnt your choosing?

Are you saying Love isn't objectively good?

...it's not so black and white

in sociology, it's called the Self looking mirror. you see yourself in how others see you. so you live your life by how others see you

Our nature is defined by our consciousness (conscious, subconscious, unconscious) which have been fed stimuli through our environment.

We define nature however we want using our consciousness to receive the stimuli fed to us by our environment but that doesnt mean we have to be in the woods when a bear takes a shit for the shit to have taken place. Humans just have the ignorance to think that their opinions on the subject matter. Bears just shit in the woods and go eat some salmon and try to survive.

copy/paste your cool new 1000000000 year old bhuddist viewpoint that you googled less pls.

No it is not random. Your brain is like a computer. Input-output. The output is always determined by the input.

its all written in our DNA but we as individuals make the choice.
years of evolution, changes in life styles, goals or lack there of all play a role in how act or react.

on the general level your question is not different to the question if we have free will or not
which is a philosophical/religious question
so does not really fit into this forum

Actually, it is scientific. Slightly metaphysical perhaps, but it has scientific origins nonetheless.
