No. There are things that run in cycles and have a certain frequency that are not waves. A rotating wheel, for example. Its frequency is the number of rotations per second. A flashing light is another, such as your LCD monitor. If you go look in the monitor settings you'll find that it's set to 60 Hz, or something similar. Heartbeat, as was already discussed, also has a frequency. For most humans this is roughly in the 60-100 beats per minute range at rest, around 1 - 1.5 Hz. Where your mumbo jumbo about 528 Hz is coming from I don't know, since there's no other frequency of interest about the heart other than the heartbeat.

You can make yourself shit without any frequencies at all, it's not that hard. People do it daily, sometimes several times. We are talking about making OTHER people shit with the right sound frequency, which has been shown to be false.
