Evolution is horse shit. Where did we evolve from and what did whatever we evolved from evolve from and so on? Evolution is shit

We evolved from a lower form. Very stupid ape-like creatures. I'm speaking of Creationists, of course.

well played sir :P it's only uneducated Creationists that still don't believe in evolution considering all the evidence we have now...

most people can be religious and still believe in evolution without any problems, others don't understand their religion and/or don't understand evolution.

we all seem to be having this discussion assuming it is other intelligent life that "created" us... but what if we think of the question as if "ancient aliens" were bacteria on asteroids or something of the like that landed here?

Where did the very first beings come from and where is the FACTUAL evidence?

The theory of evolution says nothing about that, and therefore this is not a criticism of evolution.

Yes, I think this is more likely than abiogenesis.

no one knows how the first beings came into existence, we do however know that organic molecules can be made from inorganic ones... we also know that cell membranes can form on their own.. and that DNA can even (somewhat) form on it's own...

are you asking where is the factual evidence of evolution? Maybe the fact that all mammals have very similar body functions? the fact that 10 out our (humans) 12 cranial nerves are also found in primitive animals such as sharks?

if you are really curious pm me, or ask a college biology professor for evidence of evolution.. there is a lot lol.

abiogenesis had to happen either way... by creation or random chance (and those two in my mind are not un-related)

ok, i should have been more specific with my original statement. What I meant was:

I think this more likely to be the origin of life on Earth than abiogenesis.

If we follow out the train of thought, we'd have to ask how the 'aliens' that created life on Earth were created. To satisfy that question, we have many more billions of years of history and countless environments to work with, many of which I can't even fathom right now.

When/if I have even the slightest grasp of the history and scope of the universe, then I could begin to make conjectures about where I think they may have come from. Even knowing what I think I know about the age/history of Earth right now, my guesses are grasping at straws in the wind. It would be even sillier to try to guess about the origin of some other life when i have no idea at all where they came from.

given that there are about 4 different perspectives here, you are either laughing at all of them in which case you have no opinion worth hearing.. or you are laughing at one in particular but can't actually describe why you are laughing....

which is it? :)
