he was referring to you as consciousness... curiosity is ok because we seek these things to find who we are, but knowing things other than yourself keeps your mind very busy. unconfident is not a word. if it is, then unconfident for whom? why should u feel unconfident? and hence that just goes back to revolving egos, fear of rejection? so what?. everything you know is here, so why are you paranoia and for what? there is nothing to fear, just don't do anything stupid.
