Happened to me alllllll the time!

You lose lucidity because you cant handle it. Are you overwhelmed when you reach this realization?

This means your losing you reality you are so say.... Abusing the Lucidity. "Do not think because this is a dream i can do whatever i want."..... Think "What im doing is normal and i can do whatever i want because this is my reality." Understand?

As soon as you hit lucidity, grab a hold of a pole, a knob, a handle, something to keep your mind connected to the physical objects of the dream. Also alot of people say spinning in circles can prolong your dream. Be advised when you do this you WILL appear to be somewhere else.

Please feel free to ask more questions!!

Probably that your INSANE XD lol.

But really. Have you ever ha a dream that what you felt was so real, what you saw was so clear, what you experinced was so fantastic that you just get mad when you wake up and you know you had the dream but you cant remember much of it?

Im asking you to become a compulsive liar :D  Lie to your self so hard that your lies become reality. When in a dream you will know its a dream but act as if everything your doing is normal. Fly all you want and enjoy it. You know it isnt real. But at the end of the day you must tell yourself that what happened is normal, and you can do that because in a dream you can do whatever your mind has experienced. Most people lose lucidity when they unfocus themselves from there dream objective.

Tell me what your recent dream objectives have been. When i say this i mean you know how in every dream your trying to do something/get something done/going some where.
