The worst it should do is knock out some electronics and communication. There's no precedent for anything more harmful than that happening, and if not, its not like we can do much about it besides be aware.
We're bombarded by trillions of neutrinos every day, but they all pass right through us. A neutrino could pass through a thousand miles of lead and still not hit any of the lead atoms.
