Your still thinking too much in the confines of your defined reality, astral projection is nothing more but a simple kids trick compared to what we are capable of doing were just not there yet what it takes to get there i cant say for sure if its billions of years of evolution or some kind of realization. My guess is as time goes on things like astral projection, psychic powers and other phenomena will become more apparent a lot of things you dont need science to tell you because its alredy programmed inside of you like a type of instinct, i simply know people as conscious beings can do pretty much anything like create a mass of a billion suns.
What human ego does is give you the illusion that you are one that you are separate from everyone and everything else when really everyone and everything is connected, astral projection is simply perceiving your reality in a different way then the default way in which you believe you are physically present somewhere when you actually are not, you are already everywhere at once in a way because you are everything.
I by no means am explaining this right even with good explanation its up to your mind to grasp what im trying to say in this foolish human language, but i hope u get what im trying to say.
