Honestly though? Accepting what you already realize is an eventuality comes with time my friend. Its not as if you can just wake up one morning and be cured of your fears.
Time is a great teacher, much as I hate to admit it. You'll come to grips with the fact that aging doesn't only lead to death, it leads to new parts, and adventures, in life. You never know what tomorrow could hold bro, don't waste energy spent on living thinking about dying.
