Pro-choice thats the bottom line. some people like it and some people dont. if you dont like it then its your choice not to smoke. if someone wants to smoke that is their choice and no one elses.

i personally smoke for my insomnia. but its just like anything else. it can be abused when you stay so high all the time you cant function.

but thats just a symptom of what kind of lazy person they are in the first place.

most responsible smokers i know wake up and go to work just like anyone else and they dont smoke till they get home and its like 8 or 9 pm and its time to wind down for the day.

for the record, it can. sativa strains are an upper, versus indica which are a downer. indicas completely dominate the market, making sativas very very rare

what the hell are you smoking... it must be good. why wouldn't the government tax it if it was legal.  This is totally within their power and if pot was legalized it would indeed be taxed, and heavily. Tobacco and Liquor are taxed out the ass why wouldn't pot?

If you had ever heard of dispensaries you'd know that hardly anyone is going to use "dealers" if/when pot is legalized. Dispensaries already carry dozens and dozens of different strains, kids running around with some bud in their backpack can't compete with that kind of selection.

as a medical cannabis patient, i can tell you right now, dispensaries are a last ditch effort :(

weed costs almost twice as much once you add in sales tax and everything, it's not worth paying 60-75$ for an eighth of some chronic when i can get it for like 35-40$ on the street year round(nor-cal)
