You are seriously one of the most ignorant people i've ever met
A while back, i had a severe duodenal ulcer. Now i dont know how many people have experienced this, but it is nearly impossible to function. It is like a machine is running around constantly stabbing your stomach. The only thing you can focus on is ending the pain, and believe me when i say its painful, and it stays all day all night. I had that for 8 months until it started to get better.
I went to my doctor 6 times to try to get help. All he knew how to do was to put me on some other kind of medecine. Prilotec OTC, Antacids, etc. None of them offered a long term result. Most of the time, i had relief for about a day or two, then it would come back even worse than before. The problem was not my lack of those medecines, but it was the food i was eatting that was perpetuating this problem. This is how i got into the nutrition field. I changed my diet, and within a month, i was able to turn this around.
All of the research and books ive read have shown that there is a spike in ADD that goes along with the advent of HFCS, artificial ingredients, etc etc etc. This is somthing that can and should be addressed nutritionally, and it can and has been done.
It may not be the end all final solution for all, but in mostly all cases changing to a better diet will help a lot.
and i will emphasize one point i made eariler, Adderall offers temporary support, but in no way addresses the underlying issue. The issue is not a lack of adderall in the body.
If you still dont understand this, then go read a book call: Nutrition and Physical Degeneration by Weston A. Price, and learn somthing.
Ok so you got sick one time and you stopped eating Burger King for a few weeks and got better so now you think food can cure everything better than medicine. I get it.
