This hasn't ever happened to me :(
Usually I have nightmares and its always some kind of test if its like "Zombies have risen and you're the last man standing" Or "save your family" etc..

for some reason whenever i do lucid dream it's about zombies and then i usually run out of ammo and then i turn myself into a fireball and kill them all then i wake up it kinda sucks i can't dream the zombies away though

Every night everyday ever week etc.. etc.. We Have sleep paralysis. We couldn't sleep without it. It prevents up from moving when we sleep. Its a good thing. Sometimes when you become aware of it you tend to spaz out and freak because you cant move or breath. I recommend wiggling your smallest limbs to biggest to regain movement. From fingers to wrist to legt to thigh etc etc etc

yes that is what I did, thanks very informative

so i looked this up and was reading on it.
do you HAVE to do it where you sleep a lil then wake up and try it?
or can you just like. go to bed at your normal time (like lay down for the first time and not sleep first) and try these techniques?

you can, but it's really unlikely cause your body doesn't have as much of the chemicals that keep your mind aware at that hour

if waking up in the middle of the night is too much of an ordeal, you can do it if you nap during the day
also if you just wake up and you're still a bit tired you could try it

Most the time when I sleep, it's Lucid dreaming.

I can always do anything I want, go wherever, fly, etc, it's fun

I've just always been able to do it though

No unless youve mastered lucidity in dreams the act of sex is so intense for your nimble child body to handle that you will most likely wake up.

heh... young minds...

oh kind of like night terrors? i hate those things ><. seems like it could be interesting if you are in full control of what you dream but lucid nightmares seem like a bad thing ><

Dude lucid dreaming is dreaming consciously. Therefore, you are able to 1. remember your dreams. 2. control your dreams. and 3. you get more rest while dreaming lucidly.

for anyone who is interested in lucid dreaming i recommend going on that site, a huge amount of information and a very active forum community all about lucid dreaming

i've always been a big fan of lucid dreaming but got kinda lazy about practicing it, it's like a skill you have to work at it and train it

but when i was really enthusiastic i would probably average 4-5 lucid dreams a week, maybe more
