I been trying to eat healthier and get my six pack back. I been eating a lot of tuna sandwiches lately. You have to add mayonnaise to it usually so its not dry. Tuna doesn't have fat but cholesterol but mayonase has both. What can I use that would help me better then mayonnaise?
Sorry if this is wrong spot but this is the nature science whatever. So maybe its right. lol.

if u want idk if it will be much healthier, get plain cream chesse and put it on yoru bread isntead of butter and then put raw tuna on top. ( this way u cut out butter /mayonase)

why do you not just use a smaller amount of mayo. teaspoon should be enough for a whole tin.

tuna doesnt have fat but has a ton of protein. i suggest eating less meat and hard exercising, you will slim down.

he wants the fastest result. the fastest way to get a 6 pack is to sit ina  sauna for 3 hours and then not drink any water the rest of day.  for the whole day, youll be ripped.  another way u can do is dont eat for 3 days and just drink water.  ull get ripped

bodybuilding technique to enhance muscle definition by removing water from muscles compacting them and enhancing definition. is irrelevant though if you still have fat layered over your muscles.

tons of cardio + healthy eating = 6 pack

this

also, reduce caloric intake so that you burn more calories in the day than you are taking in. your body will burn up fat storage to make up the difference.

Back to the question

Light Mayonnaise, check different brands for calories from fat. Remember mayonnaise is made with eggs.

Light Salad dressing (the stuff that looks exactly like mayonnaise) is sweeter and tangier but a good alternative.

the water is removed from the fat, not the muscle

Eat less of what ever you eat, and exercise more.

By eat less, I mean make sure you only drink water/eat food until you're not hungry anymore. And there's a big difference between 'not hungry' and 'full'.
You're not starving yourself like this because you're actually eating in the ideal way. Make sure you maintain this habit if you want to get the quickest abs possible.
Since abs usually take discipline and time, you're gonna have to go 101% consistency and effort to get abs sooner than usual.
99% effort and consistency isn't even enough.

Btw, TINY bit of vinegar, and one boiled egg, one can of tuna, some mustard, topped off with some olive oil, and you have a fantastic sandwich.
Also, bits of fresh onion, tiny bits, and little shreds of lettuce make it all the better.

My source of info: I fuckin' love tuna.
