bodybuilding technique to enhance muscle definition by removing water from muscles compacting them and enhancing definition. is irrelevant though if you still have fat layered over your muscles.

also, reduce caloric intake so that you burn more calories in the day than you are taking in. your body will burn up fat storage to make up the difference.
