iPhone has the App store(tons of good games, and not just games theres things that can actually help you), iphone looks sleeker and its touch screen is a lot better than other touch phones i've played with.

I'd say neither. The iphone is great for net browsing, but that's about it for me, I hate the touch screen for typing text messages and the like.
Haven't tried the G1, but I dislike the idea of Google having even more information on their servers about me.

I'd go for a decent Nokia.

I got an iphone. You can't take video. You can't send pictures (well you can't text pictures, you can email on the phone obviously)

The screen is gorgeous, the app store is INCREDIBLE (gazillions of free, interesting applications, I doubt any phone has anything like that - especially online facebook poker from your phone, amazing fun)

However, my wifi has stopped working. And apparantly this isn't uncommon. And I hate that I got to pay 80 bucks a month for thie full data plan, when frankly, the novelty has long wore off being able to surf the itnernet and shit.

Most iphone apps I've seen are complete shit, granted there's some interesting ones being made, but most suck.

but anyways the apps are pretty good for being free. facebook poker is god mode. i got a neverending library of free classic literature with stanza. radio not bogged down with commercials. all kind of drawing and photo editing programs. tower defense gets me through work (along with a pack of number 7's a day .)

Also, Bluetooth doesn't work on iphones.

im not sure what that is? my old phone had the button but when i went to it it said i'm gay
