Do you really, honestly think this? There is still a plethora of diseases, behaviors and other circumstances that give us either a higher probability of early death or a lower probability of reproducing.
^Resistance to disease is about the only thing that's being improved
and that's generally a case of getting rid of genetic weaknesses rather than making improvements
The behavior and circumstances you mention obviously play a role in reproduction but I don't think we're making much evolutionary headway. Most behavior that would be beneficial for humans as a whole wouldn't give much higher chance of reproduction. As the video showed it can often be the reverse
Dying early doesn't effect evolution that much, unless it's before they can reproduce, and that's rather extreme.
For evolution you need to make improvements not just get rid of any failures
