The space stations are hit by larger than microscopic pieces of asteroids all the time. Small collisions aren't really an issue since they carry low kinetic energy even at very high speeds.
Micro gravity is an issue, I will be interested how they solve the problem but it should be fairly simple by just starting a constant rotation in the spacecraft to induce a gravitational field, but will be interesting. Will require some interesting design changes to the flooring.
Radiation is probably the easiest to deal with. The spacecraft itself will block some, really just build a thick enough spacecraft and the issue solves itself. More expensive, but easy to solve.
