everyone here understands that, but without discussion and argument there would never be any alternative viewpoints which could lead to observable evidence.

There is a lot discussed here that is concrete science. Science doesn't know what happened before the big bang, but it knows how long ago it happened, what the speed of light is, how far away our cosmic horizon is, ect.

what if the universe is actually spherical in size as it is 3d, what if it could even be 4d. so if you reach the end you may just wind up back at the beginning hehe the real mind boggler is what was there before the big bang..what is nothing can you picture that? was it white,black,grey or just blackness? who knows but thinking about that is a mind fuck, what if black holes are ways of travelling thru time or into alternate universes? so many things to expand on that can talk about for hrs hehe. is there a way to travel faster than speed of light? if not how would we/aliens traverse these great distances as it would still take tens of thousands of years

There could be multiple ones hence string theory . Be a world similar to ours but a lil different like for example titanic didnt sink.and instead of getting divorced u stayed married lil tthings like that. They theorize there ciuld be an infinite amount of alternate universes too

If the universe was not infinite and expanding, is the space the universe is in infinite? Or would that be expanding too, and if soo would the space its occupying be infinite? And so on and so on

Im just talking from a physics perspective. Even if we could travel at speed of light in a finite expanding universe which has the same velocity we would never be able to catch up therefore not reach end therefore imo infinite.

You're not talking physics you're talking philosophy. You're making up a definition for infinity.
