My guess would be gasoline of some type. Just like hydrogen and oxygen can be used as a fuel for space vehicles.

Better wording would probably be source of fuel, and yes, obtaining that fuel requires some other external energy source.


Regardless, a mission to Europa is pretty interesting and the water there would be invaluable for many reasons to serious space exploration and/or colonization.
