Its funny how ppl start making up stuff about blackholes and try sounding smart in the process...
The most intelligent and informed physicists of our time are still questioned by what will happen to an object when it is completely consumed by a blackhole.
In addition, noone knows whats inside a blackhole for certain so im wondering what makes u ppl think u know the answers...
I studied physics in college and finished a gen relativity course, but I am no expert. However I do my best to provide real, scientific facts. If they arnt real, please tell me so I can know and stop telling people lies xD I feel like I know a bit, but I am always learning and will always listen as long as someone has something semi intelligent to say.

To generalize your question; it would not convert into matter because it would never reach a point of stability in which it could condense
Please explain how one would condense light?

Light is infinitely condensed far past the point of "cooling," to the state of being called matter.
Light isnt cooled. Its red/blue shifted, depending on where the observer is.
