It's from the harvardmagazine website, from 2012 and has nothing to do with what he's asserting, but that certainly doesn't stop him from parroting something said by someone else who made that terrible leap of logic. I find it funny that they won't even mention James G. Anderson's name, despite being the one who led the group that they're sourcing, albeit incorrectly.

By the way, UBV is not the most lethal, not even remotely. UBV causes mostly superficial damage while UVA penetrates the skin.

And yes azrad, you found what he's quoting, but the source they're quoting is from an article that has nothing to do with the subject he's babbling about.
