no, the Ionosphere has a large cross section for scattering radio waves, not microwaves. Otherwise it would not be possible to do microwave astronomy from the Earth. In fact, the reason communication with satellites is done with microwaves is because they passes though the ionosphere. If this were not the case, you couldn't use GPS.

you can heat it up change the frequency of a layer...you do not need too know much but simple study the frequency can deflect microwaves and we can change the frequency of a layer of sky ....two and two together = you deny something possible any idiot like me can see it possible.

If you read that page it lists the types of transmissions that pass though the atmosphere (VHF and UHF signals). UHF are the low end of the microwave spectrum.

The ionosphere does not have a large cross section for the scattering of microwaves.
