I bet i got the slowest ISP on Jsp lol.... Screw Hughes Net.. I'd much rather have dial up. $60 a month and it blows 100%. Can't play PS3 online at all. Can't even play D2 without horrible lag... It's the only internet i can get around where i live so i have to live with it for now.

North Idaho. The net companys are pretty stupid around here to.. I got a friend that lives not even 1/2 mile away and he can get Verizon net and i can't..

$60 a month, for THAT?! That's got to be price gouging. You've got to be able to report that to someone. Hell at the very least call Verizon and tell them what you're paying Hughes Net and sooner or later they'll move in and undercut them with a far superior service.

dude check out millenicom, I just moved from ny to sc in farm country and its a much better option than hughes

basically just relies on cellphone towers in your area, so depending on which service is closest it may be way faster

I'm on verizon 3G, and at around 70 ping, .30 mbps d/l - with an antenna i could pick up 4G

We do but verizon swears up an down it won't work in my area and won't install it lol.. Even though verizon cells phones work fine and even had a verizon usb internet here at one point.




They won't do anything about it already talked to them about it many times.



I don't think that would work here cause your almost 3,000 miles away from where i live.



I've been looking at Frontier DSL internet cause they said i can get that here and is • Up to 6.0 Mbps Downstream Speeds • Up to 768 Kbps Upstream Speeds, Pretty good for gaming or no? It's $50 a month for that speed and i need it for PC gaming and PS3 gaming online. Or it's $60 for • Up to 12.0 Mbps Downstream Speeds • Up to 2.0 Mbps Upstream Speeds.
