i'm saying we are acknowledging the existence of something without physically seeing it.

Basing something on the visual light spectrum is extremely limiting. Imagine the poor blind people. Or how about emotions? You can't see happiness/sadness, but you can see the effects. Or how about government? Air?

So there is some faith in that gravity is there. we know it is there and we can see the effects, but there is really no proof providing physical evidence that gravity is existent, other than seeing how it affects the existence of this plane of existence directly?

science is based on discovery. you start with a foundation that you simply accept and everything builds on it

Im pretty sure gravity is not real, its a word humans have created the describe the interations between matter and space.

similar to how wind is not something thats real, its just a word humans have created to describe the interactions of atmosphere and high/low pressure areas.

sure we do we can make gravity fields and understand how things pull or push on each other like the force of magnets

this is the electromagnetic force, this is seperate from gravity.

me make magnetic fields, not gravity fields.

Can gravity be materialistically broken down?
If it can't, I will explain my thought/question deeper.

I don't think so.
