by not eating you're only hurting yourself and you will gain even more weight...it slows down your metabolism which is why most people should eat around 3-5 small meals a day
Indian people or african people when they dont eat they get skin and bones.
Again food has nothing to do with getting fat or not.
We got both examples here, the fat guy who doesnt eat and get fatter, and the indian who doesnt eat and get skin and bones..
So whats it gonna be, eating get you fat or not? .. conclusion, eat is not related to getting fat or skinner.

Its also wrong, got nothing to do with energy, energy is sugar (generally speaking).. or carbs as stored energy.
