i don't because he asks just for an answer. and its simple when you think about how the brain works. its just electricity traveling around an organic object. if anything changed it would be the course of the electricity. i think of my own things =D

As far as I understand its implication it simply means excellent recall of information. Certain habitual practices (like those you mentioned - i.e. repeating/rehearsing and recording it for double measure) likely improve the odds of successful recollection.

Imo photographic memory is like you read a page out of a book you've never seen before one time.
You close the book and then proceed to recite the entire thing perfectly from memory.

You cannot train this because that's called studying and obv it makes you remember things but has nothing to do with photographic memory.
