Go outside one night and look up.

Science tells you that it's just a giant rock floating up there in the sky (as if! Gravity would surely make it fall down to Earth, because what goes up MUST come down). The Bible tells us what it really is:

Genesis 1:16
"16 God made two great lights—the greater light to govern the day and the lesser light to govern the night. He also made the stars."

So clearly the Moon isn't some rock. It's a light! And since light doesn't ever fall down (shine a flashlight into the sky... do you ever see it arc back down like a baseball would when you throw it?), it's perfectly able to stay suspended in the sky the way it is. The Moon is God's perfect night light.

omfg lol, the moon is moving away from the earth every year... Earths gravity is slowly failing!!! and the moon shines because of the reflected light from the sun...

So you're saying that the moon is somehow going farther away because Earth's gravity is failing? If Earth's gravity is failing, then wouldn't that mean other things should start getting farther away from the Earth too? How long will it be before people start falling away from the Earth?

And I don't know about you, but I've never seen a rock that could reflect light well enough to brighten the entire sky well enough that we can see things pretty clearly at night.

No the Earths gravity is failing on the moon... Because it is moving farther away.

And the Only Rock big enough you have seen to do so is THE MOON....

Can you explain that gravity failing thing? I'm pretty sure gravity doesn't just get weaker over time like time. Sure, two objects that are farther apart have less of a gravitational attraction, but it sounds like you're saying the gravitational attraction weakens and that's what is causing the moon to get farther away in the first place.

No the moon has ALWAYS been moving away, scientists just now are figuring it out. Because the moon is moving farther away, Earths gravitational pull on it is getting weaker... soon the moon will just float away, and collide with another planet, possibly the earth. Pretty soon the Tides of the ocean will be effected.

So you're saying that the moon's going to get far enough away from the Earth that it could collide with the Earth? I think it's time for me to say "omfg lol" right back at you :)

No Is will STOP oprbiting the Earth.... And start orbiting the SUN... and the MOONS ORBIT WILL BE SO CLOSE TO THE EARTH that it might interfere with it....

The moon's already orbiting the Sun now. If you made a to-scale drawing of the moon's path around the Sun, then it'd certainly look like it's got the exact same orbital path. Because the moon's and Earth's orbits are already so close together, a Rock moon would collide with Earth or interfere with Earth's orbit like you just said. So pretty much, the only explanation that makes any sense at all is that the moon is Light just like Genesis tells us.
