Except for people allergic to cigarette smoke, people who have asthma, people that casually enjoy breathing, and people that don't like the smell of cigarettes forever ingraining itself into articles of clothing.

Picture in your last post fails. Your whole argument is "I enjoy smoking & don't give a fuck how much it inconveniences others".

Second hand smoke is a carcinogen.  If you inhale it, even infrequently, it will increase your susceptibility to cancer.  Even if only a little bit.

Sure, the smaller the amount you inhale the lower the risk.  But it's still an increase in risk that you incur.

When it comes to getting cancer, I'd like to lower that likelihood to as close to zero as possible and I will go out of my way to do it.

It's not enough to give you cancer. Give me a fucking break kid. We're talking about as you walk into a building past a cloud of smoke for a split second. It's even outside where the wind disperses it almost instantly.

Basically. If it's an inconvenience to you then you have every right to go somewhere else. There is no reason that a business owner shouldn't be allowed to let people smoke on property that he owns. None whatsoever. How about all you non-smokers either stop crying about smoke or go somewhere that doesn't allow smoking. It seems easy enough, but I guess there are a lot of faggots out there that just like to complain instead of going somewhere else.

It's illegal to smoke in any public place in the entire state of New York. I'm walkin' on sunshine, and don't it feel good!

You're wrong and here's why.

In the U.S. our rights end where the rights of others begins. In other words, your right to swing your fist ends before my face, and vice versa. As you smoke you are breaching the personal space of somebody else.

Second hand smoke has been proven to he harmful by overwhelming amounts of evidence. You can't argue this fact, I just posted a studies where the conclusively found a link between cancer caused by second hand smoke to non-smokers. The higher the exposure the higher the risk. But the risk is still present even in infrequent exposures. Accumulate exposures over time from doorways, sidewalks, establishments that allow smoking, etc and it could pose a risk. To prove your point, would you willingly expose yourself if only briefly to environments containing asbestos several times a day over your lifetime? Would you accept that exposure for no apparent reason?
