See, the point in life is to accomplish things...if i live forever, what will I accomplish then if I already have.

I guess I see it more like this...example: let say you eat bagel with egg.....today..then tomorrow...everyday...then all of this year...then next year...then year after that.

it would be boring. idk i guess I see it like that. :(

well the thing is people only get to be in their "prime" for so long, what 10-15 years? after that, their body declines, quits growing and becomes more susceptible to diseases ext. imagine not have to say, "im getting too old for this" or "im not as young as i used to be"
alot of times older people regret some of the life choices they have made and wish they were young enough to go back to that age and do those things. why not let them? its not like someone is going to force feed you the option to live for a longer time. its a personal choice.

haha not sure if anyone commented on this as i was too lazy to read all the posts. however just cuz telomere length has shown a pretty strong correlation with the aging process (exercise slows telomere degreadation for example) it does not indicate it as the sole purpose for aging. we still have no clue why people age. other processes which are are independent of dna replication and subsequent telomere shortening have strong correlations with age progression.

i'm not saying that it couldn't reduce some factors which have been linked to telomere shortening (although it may not) but by not stretch of the imagination lead to reverse aging. furthermore before anyone gets excited this is PURELY theoretical and is nowhere near being accepted within the scientific community.

still cool.

I see. True about past choices we choose that wasnt what we attend to do. But we do have to understand tho...we made our choice basic on our best thoughts...but not a hitler way thought lol......

We cant think...oh, if i screw up....Ill live longer to redo it later. lol but I get what your saying tho and its true. I just think it shouldnt be a reason to extend our life span for it. We should have that opportunity to rest in peace if we were giving that after achieving our life span.
