Simple answer: Pill could have had impurities, or substances other than ecstasy resulting in her condition. If she remains unconscious for many hours, it could be a serious situation depending on the composition of the pill. You should figure out if the pill was laced with anything because that could mean the difference.

You just proved my post was correct for me. First of all, I never said that pills were never cut with meth. Some pills do have small amounts of poor quality meth simply because it is very cheap to use as a filler. Second of all, you would have to take an insane amount of pills to feel any effect from heroin. It is generally not effective to take heroin orally. It's a myth that dealers put that addictive drugs in their pills to get you addicted. They put other cheaper chemicals in pills to save money. That's it, it ALWAYS comes down to money. Very few pills will contain opiates and none will contain rare psychedelics like mescaline, and if they do it will generally be a very small amount.

The DEA recieves drugs that are sold on the street as "Ecstacy" and tests them.
When i refered to pills, I meant "Ecstacy" and you can see many of the pills sold as "Ecstacy" dont have MDMA in them at all
Look through the pages and you will find ecstacy that tested positive for many drugs including: Heroin, Cocaine, and DXM (Which is a very powerful hallucinogenic chemical)
not to mention the many other drugs that can be cut in
The bottom line is that girl could been given anything and told it was "Ecstacy" including GHB (the daterape drug)
