God created the universe with a grain of sand.

The Judaic-Christian-Islamic god supposedly created humans from dust.

My theory is that the universe is infinite-lasting and infinite in size.
Every few hundred billion years or whatever, all the stars and galaxies die out and a big bang occurs.
The matter is turned into energy using e = mc^2
And that energy creates a big bang which is then turned back into matter.

No because your car is not billions of degrees hot like a star, it does not have a huge gravitational pull like a black hole and it does not consist of dark matter and anti-matter.

either way its still the current most logical theory. unless you want to go the "conspiracy" route its pretty obvious why its still the leading theory.

If you read the OP, and other objections to the Big Bang, it wouldn't seem to you to be the most logical theory.

if it isn't the most logical why is it still the dominant theory?

Because science takes time to change, and science is a part of culture. Science isn't infallible, and it's not separate from culture. A few years ago global cooling was the idea that the scientific establishment widely accepted in climate science. Now we know it's a load of shit.

People are still stuck on the idea that only gravity dominates the universe, and they base their ideas off of that. The idea that gravity is the only force that is used in outer space lead to the creation of the idea of dark matter. There's not enough visible matter for galaxies to move that fast and stay together by only relying on gravity. Dark matter hasn't even been found yet and there have been a few experiments that have been trying to find it.

Science has also ignored evidence that points to the contrary of the big bang. For instance the structure in the CMBR. Or the voids that are too old. Or the surface brightness of galaxies. Etc...

how could science of ignored them if it was science that is used to determine those things? the big bang theory is undoubtedly wrong but its still more complete than the others.

There is also the "Steady-State Theory"
