This is called Tinnitus. It's an ear trauma (Concert for exemple).
It can last for a days, months or if the damage is to important, for the rest of your days.

This. Nobody's ears are perfect. We all have a varying degree of a condition known as "tinnitus". Some have it worse than others. Some have such a mild condition of it that we don't even notice it. Look it up.
