e: as mentioned in this thread it's also been proven mathematically since like 3000 BC. it's pretty easy, you start at 1+1 and just go from there. then again the pyramids might've been landing pads for undead alien pharao UFO's so WHO KNOWS?

only rattional, and irrational

if you take the data gathered, the only rattional answer is that the earth is round

in science there is no true/false, there is only 'closest to observed reality'. which is why models have to be updated or even changed as measuring equipment gets better.
