I do not believe this is the case, but it may be. it is worth trying I suppose.
Like I've been saying, scary dreams don't bother me.
They have been more caused by guilt.(I do know this)
Recently though it's been a whole different situation and have been hitting really close to heart.
I am finding myself when woken up at friends house, threatening their lives and truly meaning it.(very regrettably, I do not mean to do this)
I have been avoiding sleep as much as possible for a long time now, getting 20hours or less a week.
I have been waking up with tears in my eyes. And sometimes in such disturbing awe, I can do nothing but sit there, and without blinking. just stare.
The first minute or 2 when I wake up, I am very uncontrollable when I get dreams such as I am experiencing.
lately.. I am actually fearing my impulse actions in these couple minutes, may harm me and my loved ones.
w/e enough rambling, I'll give it a try along with some other suggestions people have given me from other places.
