how do they time travel a "few milliseconds" when theyr still in our universe in our time?

The "traveled" forward in time every so slightly. Meaning they aged less in a given period than the regular people on Earth. So say you thought 10 seconds went by, they only experienced 9.999 seconds.

not true. there are several possibilities. the matter in our known universe phases in and out constantly, there is enough of it constantly disappearing that it could make up hundreds (or way more) realities. but according to data collected from paired particle experiments, time does not flow. meaning it simply exists. this would mean there is one reality and the past we have witnessed cannot be "changed" this could still mean it already has been altered. this is hard to visualize for me. when talking about something we know so little about the word "cant" shouldn't be used.

"Proves," eh? Pretty sure that a plate able to perform multiple actions simultaneously is not anything new nor does it prove parallel universes. More like it proves that objects can be in multiple places at once. How surprising knowing that electrons are doing this every less than a nano second.
