Dumbass.

1. Eat healthy, it's not hard.
2. Drink lots of water, milk is good too.
3. Run and lift

Done, there's your 6 pack abs, there's no such thing as a really quick six pack it takes discipline and a healthy diet. Long as you have a good abs routine mixed in with your lifting and running it'll sprout in like 3-6 months depending on how fat you are right now.

Not to fat. I mean I am like 5'9 about 190 so i am not fat. I still have muscle (that doesnt show to much, ectept my back.) So, not fat.

it's your body mass index in English the % of fat on your body.
Something that might help is befor you do anything in the morning,
go for a run becuase you are burning fat becuase if you run befor you eat
you won't have any calories to burn so your going to burn more fat

pm me if you want more details

not

some of the best body builders are Obese in the sence of BMI

Has nothing to do with your abs. Muscle weighs alot more then fat does.

Easyest way is to do something you like doing thats hard on your body IE dirtbiking skating snowboarding ball type sports
These all will get your body in shape if you do them everyday + you will get good at them and have fun doing it.

Use whipped olive oil instead of mayo btw.

It's not that bad plain. But just add as little mayo as possible and get reduced fat mayo (but make sure you check sodium and everything else as reduced fat usually adds more salt and stuff)

BMI is only a height to weight proportion, it is the least accurate measurement of body fat.
Underwater weighing is best followed by skin fold measurement and bio-electrical impedance (which you can probably find someone with a scale that has this feature).

Over weight and over fat are different. Anyone with a mesomorph body type, or athletic build, that put on muscle will be over weight, but not necessarily over fat. Muscle weighs 2x as much as fat.

I been trying to eat healthier and get my six pack back. I been eating a lot of tuna sandwiches lately. You have to add mayonnaise to it usually so its not dry. Tuna doesn't have fat but cholesterol but mayonase has both. What can I use that would help me better then mayonnaise?
Sorry if this is wrong spot but this is the nature science whatever. So maybe its right. lol.

well first of all, don't be afraid of fat or cholesterol if it comes from a high quality food source. which the mayo you use likely does not. i'd look for organic mayonaise with minimal processing done to it, or make your own.find out if you have any wheat or dairy intolerance or any other food intolerance. you need a healthy digestive system to maintain a flat stomach. eat high quality meats(grass-fed, no antibiotics or growth hormone etc.) and high quality fruits and vegetables(preferably organic). cut out any processed food and get into the habit of looking at the ingredients thoroughly. if you can't read any of the things in the ingredients, don't buy or eat it. basically, if it wasn't here 10000 years ago, don't put it in your body. you should walk as much as you can, get exercise everyday doing things you love and i have no doubt that you'll be able to achieve a flat stomach or eight pack. if you really want to change your lifestyle and want to be healthy the rest of your life, i encourage you to purchase the book: How to eat, move and be healthy by Paul chek. It's 30 dollars to change your life. Great price imo.

so in conclusion, eat good, get good sleep(minimum 8 hours optimally), hydrate yourself(take your weight divided by 2 and thats how many ounces of water you should drink approx.), move every day, and be happy.

hope this helps you

don't trust commercially processed dairy or wheat, especially if you live in the US. Pasteurization kills lactase which is an enzyme found in milk that digests lactose

always look into buying from local farms where you can see where your food comes from.
