No, the quality difference between hollywood movies and this one is pretty insane. The lower quality the more realistic it appears.

The "quality" difference you're referring to has very little to do with the camera, as most of that is dealt with in post-production.

I'm a film student, take my word when I say that the use of one camera is just an artistic move, not proof of the film being genuine.

They have two different endings for the movie.. proof enough that its NOT real. Why would some ghost/demon go through all of that just to "scare" the girl for more then half her life then spontaneously decide to have her kill her boyfriend?
