Quatum physics actually claims that theres no doubt that theres paralelle universes..
The theory states that EVERYTHING physically possible has and will happen in some universes... eg. in one universe humans wont exist and in another both humans + neantherthal co-exist etc...
You're confusing quantum mechanics and its interpretations. Quantum mechanics is just some equations that make the most accurate predictions in mankind's history. It really has nothing to "say". You seem to be talking about the Everett interpretation of quantum theory. There are lots of other interpretation that do not make these statements, so if you don't like them, just pick a different interpretation. Ultimately all the interpretations are indistinguishable from each because all of their predictions (on testable phenomenon) agree with each other.

big bang theory is actually just a theory.. its not fact
It is more than "just a theory", it is a conclusion supported by an avalanche of data and observations. Dismissing it because it contains the word "theory" stems from the failure to realize the difference between a scientific theory, and a theory created by your uncle Bob. A proper criticism of the Big Bang theory would involve an attack against the evidence that supports it, or contain new evidence that does not support it, or possibly a new model that fits the evidence even better than the original theory.
