well even if the mission is really a hostility declaration to ET on the moon , maybe they will retaliate not so deadly so that ignorant people would have enough time realize we are not alone b4 we all die :F

I don't think this is a good idea...

Why do they think that it's necessary? To find out if there is water on the moon and uncover a piece of the puzzle of the moon? That's not important.
